A Note from the Founder
Welcome to The Happy Cove Resources. I founded this space not just as an educator, but as a parent who wanted more for my own children.
The Educator in Me By training, I am a mainstream educator. I understand the school system, the curriculum, and the academic rigors that children eventually face. I know how important structure and logic are for school success. But I also know that standard schooling often leaves little room for the other side of brilliance—intuition, creativity, and photographic memory.
The Parent in Me When my own children were born, I discovered Right Brain Education. I watched them go through the training and saw firsthand how it sparked a love for learning, a sharp memory, and a kind heart. I wanted to keep that spark alive even as they grew older.
Why I Created This I began creating my own home practice resources because I needed materials that were engaging yet effective—bridging the gap between the fun of right brain play and the structure of primary school.
My mission is to support families with resources that nurture not only learning skills, but also a positive relationship with learning itself. My goal is to make high-quality, heart-based learning accessible to you, so you can help your child thrive—both in the classroom and in their imagination.
At The Happy Cove, we believe that learning should feel calm, joyful, and confidence-building—especially in the early years.
Many children are naturally curious and energetic, yet they find it challenging to stay focused during traditional, worksheet-heavy lessons. We take a different path. Rather than long lessons or pressure to perform, we focus on gentle exposure, imagination, and enjoyment.
Our resources are designed to work with how young minds naturally learn. We emphasize:
Visual Processing: Using images to capture interest instantly.
Listening & Imagination: engaging the creative mind.
Short, Focused Sessions: Keeping learning light and fresh.
How It Fits Into Your Life We know busy families need flexibility. That is why our themes follow a simple rhythm:
Two-Week Themes: Plenty of time to explore without rushing.
Short Sessions: Just 10–15 minutes, about 3 times a week.
No Pressure: There is no expectation to "complete" everything. Learning is most effective when it feels safe and enjoyable.
Families use our resources as:
Gentle enrichment at home.
Calming activities before homework or school.
A structured core for their homeschooling routine.
Whether you are new to right brain learning or already familiar with the approach, our resources are easy to start and adapt.
Free Right Brain Mini Sample Pack: Experience the approach risk-free.
Year-Long Programme: A complete journey designed for ages 6–7 (and adaptable for ages 8–12).
Coming Soon: We are gradually developing resources for other age groups, inspired by methods used in right brain education centers but adapted for the home.
Get in Touch If you have questions, feedback, or suggestions for future themes, I’d love to hear from you.
